How fast will I get my Robo-Gram?
Standard orders arrive within 48 hours. Add Rush (+$25) at checkout and we’ll deliver within 24 hours.
Can I include photos of the recipient?
Yes! Upload up to 3 with your order and we’ll rotate them as a framed picture in the corner of the video while your singer performs. Photos are optional. Without them, your singer performs solo.
Can I change something after I see it?
Yes. Your first revision is free, so if a name, a lyric or a detail needs fixing, just reply and tell us what to change. If you'd like more changes after that, each additional revision is $10.
What will I receive, and in what format?
A custom song video (30 or 60 seconds). We send you an unlisted YouTube link to your video from our main YouTube channel. You can watch it and share it with anyone by text, email or social media. Unlisted means only people with the link can find it.
Is it family-friendly?
